many spa graphic treatments fall into two categories (1) elegant and "elitist" or (2) earthy and natural. The owner of Refresh wanted something more fun and light. With the spa industry booming there is a chance for Refresh to appeal to a larger clientele with a fun aesthetic that doesn't draw conclusions on social class (earthy or elite).
