Although I'm open to work on retainer or on an hourly basis, for most projects I create a bid. My bids are easy to understand and serve as a starting place to talk about your project cost and where exactly your money (my time) goes.
Even if you don't hire goldmanDesign I recommend you never work without a detailed, line-itemed bid that your designer creates based on your specific requirements.
